01Registration

A parent opens an account with their mobile number and warrants that the child’s details are accurate — particularly the date of birth, which decides the age group.

A subscription request takes effect only once the academy has approved it and assigned a training group.

The parent is responsible for keeping their sign-in details safe, and for any use made of their account.

02Fees and payment

Programme fees are those published at the time of registration, and an invoice is raised against the parent’s account.

Fees are subject to VAT under the rules in force in Saudi Arabia, and the tax is shown on the invoice.

A subscription remains payable until settled; the academy may suspend a player’s participation while payment is outstanding.

03Attendance and conduct

A player’s attendance and absence are recorded at every session and can be seen by the parent.

Missed sessions are not made up and are not deducted from the fee, unless the academy decides otherwise.

Players and parents agree to follow the facility’s rules and the coach’s instructions.

04Photographs and promotional material

Photographs and video may be taken during training and events for promotional purposes.

A parent may object in writing at any time to their child’s image being used, and it will be excluded from later material.

05Cancellation and refunds

Cancellation requests are made to the academy, and any refund is considered against how much of the programme has been used.

An invoice already issued is corrected with a credit note, not by editing the original.

06Liability

The academy takes due care for players’ safety, and it remains the parent’s responsibility to disclose any relevant medical condition.

The academy is not responsible for what follows from undisclosed medical information or from a breach of safety instructions.

07Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated, and the effective date is shown at the top of the page. Continuing to use the account after an update means accepting it.
