Privacy policy
This page explains what Dhahran Academy records about players and their parents, why we record it, who can see it, and how you can control it.
01What we collect
About the child: name, date of birth, age group and training group, player number, kit size, and a photograph if one is uploaded.
About the parent: name and mobile number, and an email address if you add one.
Health information you tell us at registration: asthma, diabetes, or a specific allergy. We ask only so the child is safe on the pitch.
Training records: attendance and absence, and the coach’s skill reports.
Financial records: subscriptions, invoices and payments.
02Why we collect it
To enrol the child on the right programme and place them in a training group.
To raise invoices and collect subscription fees.
To text you about the state of the subscription, absences, and your child’s training.
So the coach can take the register and record how the player is developing.
03Who can see it
Academy staff, each according to their permission: someone who manages training cannot see financial data, and someone who manages finance cannot see children’s records.
A coach sees the players in their own groups only, with the parent’s number so they can call when it matters.
A parent sees their own children and their own invoices, and no other family’s.
04Personal documents
National ID scans are never published and never placed on the content delivery network. They can only be reached after signing in, from an account permitted to view them.
05Text messages
We use your mobile number to sign you in, to send a verification code when you reset your password, and to tell you about your child’s subscription.
We do not sell your number, and we do not share it with anyone outside the academy for marketing.
06How long we keep it
Subscription and invoice records are kept for as long as Saudi accounting and tax rules require.
A child’s photograph or documents can be deleted on request, unless keeping them is required for an existing financial record.
07Your rights
You may ask to see your child’s data, or to have it corrected.
You may ask us to delete anything we are not required to keep.
You may object to your child’s photograph appearing in any promotional material.
