An academy built on
method, not on luck.
A centre of excellence for identifying and developing football talent, licensed by the Ministry of Sport and the Saudi Arabian Football Federation, run by certified technical staff on a progressive training method.
The academy began in 2019 with a single idea: that a young player in Dhahran should find a clear pathway to progress along, instead of scattered training that never measures how far he has come.
In 2022 the academy was licensed by the Ministry of Sport and the Saudi Arabian Football Federation, and entered the age-group leagues officially from 2023. In 2024 it obtained the «Dhahran Club» licence, and the first phase launched on 1 June 2024 as part of its strategic plan to widen its services.
Today the academy operates from a 13,000 m² facility between Dammam and Dhahran, with a technical staff of 26 coaches certified by the Saudi and Asian federations, and a method that measures every player's progress through technical, physical and tactical reports.

Part of «Sports Track»
In 2025 Dhahran Academy qualified to join the government's «Sports Track» initiative, within the Ministry of Sport's strategy to support clubs and academies and turn them into sustainable sporting institutions.
That qualification confirms that organised work is the way, and is a step towards Vision 2030's targets for raising participation in sport and lifting the standard of the sector across the Kingdom.
